Sharp was born in Rochester, New York, Sharp was a music enthusiast and studied clarinet as well as piano and cello at the prestigious Hochstein School of Music. Sharp was awarded a full tuition grant for The Boston Conservatory for her love of school theatre. After graduating Cum Laude with a B.F.A. in the Conservatory, Sharp set her goal to perform on stage. Sharp was a part of The Broadway National Tour of Carousel The show debuted Off Broadway as Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and played eight different roles in the hilarious comedy Eat the Runt. Sharp was also in Abyssinia as well as Aida in addition to Thunder Knockin Jitney as well as The Producers. She was even a read for August Wilson's Come and Gone. Sharp has been working on screen as well as on stage is currently engaged in several unique projects. She continues to sing, and has a full-length album that is in development. Sharp is a fan of exercising. She is active by training in boxing, learning Krav Maga, and taking long trips on the road. Sharp lives with her family located in Los Angeles.
