Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat
Madekwe, a British-Nigerian mixed race child was born into a family in South London. Her father is Nigerian-Swiss and her mother is English. Her family was in the South London Council Estate. She attended The Brit School aged 14. The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art is where she earned an acting BA. While at the academy, she performed in several stage productions, including King Henry V playing Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe began acting with Storm Damage. The actress has been an actor for Teachers Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe scored her first motion picture in the 2007 Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. Following that success her role was Elisha in the one-off BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN which aired in 2007 and she also appeared in six episodes of Trexx as well as Flipside playing Ollie. In 2008, she was offered the Bambi part on the ITV2 Drama The Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Secret Diary of a Call Girl. The actress was on both series 2 and 3. Madekwe was the main character in 2008's comedy How to Alienate and Lose Friends. She was also as a character in Little Sweet Thing, by Roy Williams, and Flight Path which was written by David Watson.
Madekwe made her US debut on The Beautiful Life in 2009. The show aired just two episodes at The CW, and was eventually ended. Ashley Davenport was her role in ABC's drama Revenge. Madekwe appeared in all episodes of the series' initial two seasons as the show's regular. However, in May of 2013, word broke that the actress would quit the show due to her appearance as a guest on the premiere episode of its third season. She starred as Tituba in the TV show Salem from 2014 to 2016. From June to July 2012, the actress was married to her long-time love, actor Iddo Goldberg. They've collaborated in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl, and he has also appeared alongside Madekwe on the show Salem.
Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress, was born into a large family in Hamilton, Ontario. Her parents Roy and Patty, as well as the four brothers of her, Brett, Todd, and Bram and Bram, were present. Ashley was raised in the arenas and baseball fields because her brothers, who were all athletic, were hockey players, baseball players, as well as both during spring and summer. Ashley did not have the ability to walk. She was a dancer. So when she was just 2 1/2 years old, she began to take part in Baby Ballet. Ashley discovered a love for dancing when she began the Baby Ballet. Ashley was a professional dancer across all major categories until the time she graduated from high school. The competitions she participated in included jazz, tap, ballet, pointe and the acrobatics. She won the top soloist at each of the most prestigious dance competitions like, International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 5-6-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, and Dance, Dance, Dance just to mention a few.
